Warm Static LLC (“Warm Static,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes software applications, digital products, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes our company-level privacy practices. Individual Warm Static applications may have their own app-specific privacy policies when their features or data practices require additional disclosures. If an app-specific privacy policy conflicts with this policy regarding that app, the app-specific policy controls for that app.
1. Our Privacy Principles
Warm Static seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, understand, and improve our Services.
We do not sell personal information or consumer health data. We do not provide personal information to data brokers. We do not use consumer health data for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We design each product to have privacy practices appropriate to its actual functionality. A future Warm Static app may collect different categories of information from another Warm Static app; those differences will be disclosed in the applicable app-specific policy and in required platform disclosures.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to Warm Static’s company website, company communications, support interactions, and Services that expressly link to this policy.
Some applications may provide a separate privacy policy addressing that application’s specific functionality, including sensitive or health-related information, local-device storage, artificial intelligence features, user-generated content, analytics, accounts, cloud services, or other specialized processing.
This policy does not govern third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services that Warm Static does not control.
3. Information We May Collect
Depending on the Service you use, Warm Static may collect only the categories described to you for that Service. Categories may include contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your name or email address when contacting support; communications you send to us; limited app usage or product-interaction information; device, app-version, operating-system, crash, diagnostic, and performance information; account information if a future Service offers accounts; purchase or subscription status where necessary to provide paid functionality; and other information you intentionally provide through a feature that clearly requests it.
We do not interpret this section as permission to collect every listed category from every Warm Static app. Each app should collect only what its functionality requires and its specific disclosures must accurately reflect its actual practices.
4. Information Stored Only on Your Device
Some Warm Static Services are designed so that content you create or enter remains locally on your device and is not routinely transmitted to or accessible by Warm Static.
When an app uses this local-first model, its app-specific privacy policy will explain it. Information stored locally may still be affected by your device settings, operating-system services, backups, synchronization services, or third-party services you independently choose to use.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information we actually collect to provide and operate the Services; respond to support requests and communications; maintain security and prevent abuse; diagnose crashes and technical problems; understand feature adoption and product performance; improve existing features and develop new ones; administer purchases or subscriptions; comply with legal obligations; enforce our agreements; and protect Warm Static, our users, and others.
We will not materially expand the use of sensitive information without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.
6. Analytics, Telemetry, and Diagnostics
Warm Static applications may use limited analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or diagnostic tools to understand how features are used and how applications perform.
When used, we seek to minimize the information collected. An app may record events such as an app launch, screen or feature view, feature completion, button interaction, app version, crash, error, or performance event.
Sensitive content should not be placed into telemetry unless the applicable app clearly discloses that processing and it is necessary, lawful, and appropriately consented to. App-specific policies may impose stricter limits. For example, a health-related app may prohibit health values, diary contents, or notes from entering the analytics stream.
Where required by law or platform rules, we will obtain consent before collecting optional usage data and provide appropriate mechanisms to withdraw that consent.
7. Third-Party Service Providers and SDKs
Warm Static may use service providers to perform functions such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payments, communications, security, or other infrastructure.
We evaluate third-party SDKs and providers before integrating them and seek to limit their access to information to what is reasonably necessary for the service they provide. We expect providers processing user information on our behalf to maintain protections consistent with our obligations.
Because our products may evolve, the specific providers used by an application may change. Where required or appropriate, an app-specific privacy policy will identify material providers or categories of providers and describe the information involved.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Services
Some current or future Warm Static Services may offer features powered by artificial intelligence or third-party AI services.
If a feature sends user-provided information to a third-party AI provider, Warm Static will provide disclosures and obtain permission where required before that information is shared. We will seek to send only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.
An app-specific privacy policy or in-product notice may provide additional information about the AI provider, information transmitted, purpose of processing, retention, and available choices.
We do not treat this policy as blanket consent to send user content to an AI provider.
9. Advertising, Tracking, and Sale of Personal Information
Warm Static does not sell personal information or consumer health data.
Warm Static does not provide personal information to data brokers.
Warm Static does not use consumer health data for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If a future Warm Static product introduces advertising or tracking practices that materially differ from these commitments, Warm Static will update the applicable disclosures and obtain any consent required before implementing those practices.
10. Sensitive and Consumer Health Information
Certain Warm Static products may process information that qualifies as sensitive personal information or consumer health data under U.S. law. Such products will have additional disclosures appropriate to their functionality.
Where applicable, the app-specific policy will describe the categories of consumer health data processed, the sources of that data, the purposes for processing it, the categories of information shared, the categories of third parties or specific affiliates receiving it, and how consumers may exercise applicable rights.
Warm Static does not sell consumer health data and does not intentionally use consumer health data for advertising or data-broker purposes.
11. User Content and Information You Choose to Share
Some Services may allow users to create, import, upload, export, or share text, images, audio, documents, messages, or other content. The applicable Service will describe how that content is handled.
When you intentionally export or share information to another person, application, healthcare provider, platform, or service, the recipient’s privacy practices may apply after the information leaves the Warm Static Service.
12. Accounts, Purchases, and Subscriptions
If a Warm Static Service offers user accounts, we may process information necessary to create, authenticate, maintain, secure, or delete those accounts.
Purchases made through an app marketplace may be processed by the marketplace or payment provider. Warm Static may receive transaction or subscription status necessary to provide purchased functionality but may not receive complete payment-card details.
Apps offering account creation will provide account-deletion functionality and related disclosures as required by applicable platform rules and law.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information we possess only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including operation of the Service, support, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
Retention periods may differ by data category and Service. App-specific policies may provide more precise retention rules.
Where information exists only on a user’s device and Warm Static does not possess it, Warm Static generally cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. The applicable app should provide appropriate local deletion controls where feasible.
Users may contact hello@wearewarmstatic.com regarding deletion of information Warm Static actually possesses, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
14. Security
Warm Static uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of information we process. We also seek to reduce privacy risk by minimizing collection and limiting access.
No application, device, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices and accounts with available security features.
15. Security Incidents and Breach Notification
If Warm Static experiences a security incident involving information subject to legally required notification, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators, or others as required by applicable law.
Additional breach-notification requirements may apply to particular categories of information, including certain health-related information.
16. Children’s Privacy
Unless an individual Service expressly states otherwise and implements the protections required for younger users, Warm Static Services are not directed to children under 13 and Warm Static does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that information was collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
17. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and the information involved, you may have rights concerning personal information, sensitive information, or consumer health data. These may include rights to confirm processing; access information; obtain a copy; correct certain information; request deletion; withdraw consent; obtain information concerning certain disclosures; opt out of certain uses; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions.
Warm Static will honor rights applicable to you under U.S. law. To submit a privacy request, email hello@wearewarmstatic.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
18. Users Outside the United States
Warm Static may make Services available outside the United States. Privacy requirements vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides additional rights concerning information Warm Static possesses, users may contact hello@wearewarmstatic.com.
An individual Service may provide additional jurisdiction-specific notices when required.
19. Business Transfers
If Warm Static or one of its Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information Warm Static actually possesses may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.
A business transaction does not give Warm Static access to information that was previously stored only on a user’s device and inaccessible to Warm Static.
20. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; protect the rights, safety, security, and property of Warm Static, our users, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Warm Static may update this Privacy Policy as our company, products, technology, or legal obligations evolve. We will update the “Last Updated” date when we revise it.
If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or share sensitive information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law before the new practice takes effect.
22. App-Specific Privacy Policies
Warm Static may publish separate policies for individual applications. Those policies are incorporated into Warm Static’s privacy framework and should be reviewed together with this company-level policy.
For an app with materially different or sensitive data practices, the app-specific policy controls regarding that app’s collection, use, sharing, retention, deletion, and privacy choices.
Warm Static intends to maintain a current list of app-specific privacy policies on its website as additional applications are released.

Product Privacy Governance
This company-level policy is intended to support a growing portfolio of applications, but it does not replace product-by-product privacy review. Before a new Warm Static app or material feature is released, Warm Static should review the app’s actual data flows, third-party SDKs, permissions, cloud services, AI integrations, analytics events, retention rules, user controls, and App Store privacy disclosures and update the applicable policy before collection begins.
